I treaded through the snow, Luscinia at my heels. She called my name over and over again, pleading for me to stop. I continued on, the cold piercing my skin. I charge into the Titan's den and make my way to Sentine's cave. It's littered with trophies and trinkets of his grand hunts and travels. He rises quickly, startled by my intrusion and bows his head. "We've no time for that. My time is coming, Sentine," I say as a cough rattles my body. Luscinia rushes to my side, ready to steady me if I fall, a bundle of herbs clenched tightly in her jaws. "I'm fine, Luscinia. There are some illnesses even you can not cure," I growl.
She snaps back,"No, Titan, you're not and curing you would be much easier if you would cooperate rather than rush around camp wheezing and hacking."I roll my eyes, every wolf in this pack knows my reign is coming to an end. I allow Luscinia to lead me back to her den and I fall into my nest, panting. I look at Luscinia, worry and fear clouding her gaze. I lay my head down and close my eyes.
I'm surprised when I open my eyes again, but quickly realize this is not Luscinia's den. I feel young again, my pelt thick and my bones strong. Essence litters my pelt, it's gentle flame warming my pads as I walk, a stone path paving itself with every step I take. Wisps of blue trail behind my eyes as I look around, taking in my surroundings. I've heard Bgoj nene speak of this place, but to really be here is breath taking. The Moon shines high at it's peak, glowing with essence. The sky itself is glowing in an essence filled borealis. A misty blue fog rolls through and essence coated animals line the path, I keep walking. The sky seems to lower as the borealis falls onto my path, creating a beautiful tunnel. A female's voice echos from behind me and the animal's heads bow as I step into the tunnel. A cold breath leaves my body,
"Welcome, Titan"
