Biography
Return to Silverfell (Silver_Lynxclaw) at 7 years, breeding is allowed, give him a story and pass him on. He may stay a couple days at each pack. Do not remove his decor. If you can't find a person, send him back to Silverfell.
=============================
Long ago there was a wolf that came into the pack with his mate. That wolf was named Nox. He was a plain wolf but a hard worker. But Nox passed away with no legacy. Never even having a pup. He was fair and loved his mate Karvia very much.
As Karvia grew old and alone, she knew that she would die soon with a similar Fate. Nox couldn't stand to see her go and decided that he would be the one to welcome her. So with light filling his pelt, he returned to ease her sorrows before he moved on to a new pack himself. With his second life he wants to create a legacy.
His name is Nox and he was a old hunter of Silverfell. Thus begins his life as a traveling wolf. There was unfinished business he has as well. He travels not only to make a legacy but also to find his lost brother. He was named after the winter Equinox. But he never found Summer Solstice.
=============================
------Stumbling down a rather steep hill, Nox found himself face to face with an unfamiliar wolf who promptly snarled at him. Nox stayed collected and after realizing that he wasn't a threat, the strange wolf introduced himself as Yon. He was a scout from a pack living in the area. After a bit of walk and talk, Equinox mentioned the pack from which he had come. Yon's face lit up as he explained he was a part of the Tellurian Druids, a pack with ties to Silverfell. The oddly colored wolf then led him behind a wall of moss, where an entrance leading underground was hidden away. Though it was quite dark in the tunnels, Yon knew the way to the Tellurian and Nox followed closely behind...
Equinox never expected to find himself a home with these wolves. A pleasant surprise to say the least. He'd helped in convincing the Tellurian leader, Balk, to allow adopted puppies into the pack which of course, Nox himself helped raise. They'd usually go on their way after reaching adulthood but a few stuck around, such as Storben. Spending his days among the company of so many wolves he had grown close to filled him with joy. Then the beast came. It lurked in the forest, attacking and killing wolves at every chance. In response to this, Balk forbade any travelers to stay. They stopped adopting pups as well. Storben's mentor had been killed in one of the creatures attacks, leaving him stricken with grief. On top of that, the young wolf's father had been crippled by the same beast. Equinox tried his very best to help him through his loss and the two became very close. He acted as a pillar of strength for Storben while he was under a great amount of stress.
Fear lingered in the air and their camp no longer felt safe. In an effort to protect the pups that held his heart, Equinox and the rest of the pupsitters gathered them up and escorted them out of Tellurian territory. Making sure that each of them was taken somewhere safe. Balk approached him and spoke of a plan to hide underground in the tunnels that they'd only just begun to explore. It would be tough and he wouldn't see Equinox live in such a way, especially with how much he wanted his own pups. None of the females here had taken an interest in him. After a few days of thought on the matter, Equinox decided to stay above ground. Not sure exactly where he should go, he found his way back to Silverfell once more. ------
Upon returning to Silverfell after what felt like such a short amount of time, Nox was shocked to find how much had changed. There were a lot of new wolves and puppies as well as some wolves like Echo and Agethern who passed away. What was most shocking was seeing a wolf he had never met before as leader.
The wolf had a terrifying aura and haunted eyes. Their name was Voidbreak and they have taken lead of Silverfell by strategy and force when Agethern was old and weak. Not wanting to stay, Nox went to travel and search once again. ======
As he traveled among the old pathway within the woodlands, he happened to came across a single glowing white flower, seemly made a pawstep pattern. He decided to follow the trail until he was stopped by two unusual wolves. One had a moon touched pelt while the other seemed to have been touched by nature itself. The moon touched wolf spoke calmly, as if he does not mind him being here," Hello, Traveler. Welcome. I am Itsuki, the Alpha of Blackmane Pack, and this is Strange." Strange nodded to greet him as well. He decided to follow Itsuki, only to see puppies training magic spells and many wolves chatter about, perhaps readying to hunt for food or foraging. He decided to stay for some time before moving on to the next travel. Itsuki then spoke once again," I hope you feel quite welcomed here, Traveler. You may learn a few new things or tricks around here. If you want to help us with these young pups, I do have a perfect pup for you to train if you so desire." He nodded, accepting his offer as he looks around in amazement. He was then gifted a crown of flowers by Raven, the Herbalist as special thanks for the help. - #28568

Lore: Equinox had scouted a bit once he arrived at Revenge, a very welcoming pack despite it's name. He went among's bushe's and seen foxes. Pup's with Fox pelt's looked up to him and he was glad. He found a few hatching butterflie's and one had landed on his nose. From then one he has always had his loyal Cliff Swallowtail, named Cliff. He loved his little friend very much.

New friend in tow, Nox continued on his way. Many moons later, he was met by a pack who was currently investigating a lost pup. It seemed strange, the way the pup had disappeared without a trace, not even a scent to follow. He was reminded of his missing brother, and offered his support to find the pack's young one, and he was joined by some other travelers during this time. After a while, when it seemed the pup was gone for good, Nox came across what he could only describe as a shadow. It looked like a pup. It sounded like a pup. But it was featureless and there was no way for him to know if it was the pup they were all looking for. He tried to coax the shade into coming back with him, and when that didn't work, he howled to grab someone's attention and hoped another wolf would find him soon, to look upon the odd babe. No one ever arrived. The flickering figment of a pup lost interest in waiting with him, and he did his best to track it, just in case to see where it might go, but before long, there was no sign. When Nox tried to return to the pack he'd been staying with, he found such a thing impossible. It should have been as easy as retracing his steps and following the familiar smells, but suddenly, everything had changed. He didn't know where he was, or how to figure it out. Saddened that he may never get the chance to describe what he'd seen to the missing pup's pack, he set off again, wandering aimlessly in hopes of recognizing some part of the landscape again some day.

Lore: Equinox stood out amongst the colors of the wolves of Harmonia. Most were darkly monochrome, with a few exceptions. However, Equinox was white with a cream colored pattern on his lower body. This led to intrigue. However, the pack wasn't entirely a hostile one. Whenever they recognized nothing of hostile demeanor in the wolves fur, the pack leader, Disfigured, allowed him in. However, during his stay there, Disfigured passed away. Equinox was allowed to attend her mourning ceremony and even the crowning ceremony of Harmonia's new leader, The New Dawn. Soon after, however, it was time for him to be on his way.
======
Equinox stayed a while with the Sun Stealers in the desert. They told him of a black wolf named Solstice who had stayed with the pack for around a year. She had been the pack's first pupsitter, but she quickly decided that pupsitting was not for her (it's tough when the pups are boisterous and all stronger than you) and left to make her fortune elsewhere.
Equinox listened attentively, but he didn't think this Solstice was the one he was seeking. It was a female wolf, and she had been with the pack two generations ago, according to the pack Loremaster's records. Equinox accepted the pack's hospitality for a few days, then left to continue his search. [Lionel #34199] [added Celtic Astrology [Emerald] - Vine Vesture]

Lore: Nox found himself nearly stumbling into the Rockford pack, having traveled for a long while trying to get his bearings around the odd goings on, unsettled by the lights. The pack leader was able to gentle coax him into a den with other Travelers like him, and after nearly a full day of rest he found he quite enjoyed the air around this pack...it felt like home, a feeling he was more than grateful for. After some questioning of the pack's older members and lorekeepers, he quickly found he would get no new information here, so he decided to just -be- for a while, and remain in the area until life calmed down. So when Spring finally came, so did the news of the odd things in the land finally ceasing, which had him nearly leaping for joy...deciding now was a good time to head out again. A few of the pups refusing to let him leave without adding to his already fabulous crown of flowers, warming his heart. ♥

Lore: How calm the land was in the Prairies. Dried grass, shriveled from the scarce water source and sweltering sun above, crunched crisply beneath Nox's paws. It was his first journey to the grassy plains, and he was very excited to experience the unique wonders there. Already, he had encountered strange plants he had never seen before, spotted large birds of prey soaring high above his head, and small critters scurry away from his. He had even seen a large herd of some sort of hooved beasts in the distance, grazing on the higher, juicer grasses.
He had not, of course, counted on stumbling upon an old, abandoned den. It was small, dug into the ground, and just big enough for his head to squeeze through. Blind with curiosity, Nox couldn't help but sniff at the entrance. He detected a faint scent, one that was strangely different, but also somewhat familiar. As he began to step away, he heard a strange sound; something like a wheeze, coming from inside the den. It was a sad sound, strained and small as if whatever made the sound was too weak to even walk. He peeked in, blinking as his eyes got used to the darker light, and almost gasped aloud in surprise.
Two tiny fox kits, tan pelts seemingly converging as they lay there, wound around one another. They looked horribly malnourished and were shivering violently. One, the biggest, lifted his head to blink sadly at Nox, letting out that same pathetic sound. The other fox was still fast asleep, her brow furrowed as she trembled. Nox slowly backed out, not wanting to disturb them, and looked around.
The scent he had smelled earlier should've been a calling card; something happened, and the mother was gone, leaving her two kits all alone. He wondered how long they had been here, waiting for their mother, who would never come back. A twinge of pity made him peer back into the den, and he had the strange urge to keep them. After all, they need a proper caretaker, and who was better than an older, experienced wolf? Picking them up gently and putting them in the crook of his neck, he was careful to remain a steady pace. Once more, he was off.
===========
After finding the fox kits and taking them with him he headed off once again. It wasn't long before winter hit and he found himself near the mountains. Finding the scent of a pack he followed it hoping they were friendly to travelers. Along the way a storm had started and he didn't see the tree branch until it was too late and he ran it to it. He grunted and growled a little in frustration at the storm and branch. Finding the pack he sought out the leader of the pack. A special based wolf named Bluejay. He explained his situation and asked for shelter for a few days. Bluejay and the rest of the pack were more than welcome to offer him shelter. Equinox was grateful and thanked him finding a nice warm place to stay, among his search for a decent den he found that this pack had a den just for travelers. His tail gave a swish of happiness as he entered and found another traveler within it. He found a spot to make his bed for the time he was gonna stay here. He carefully removed the kits as Shenta the packs herbalist poked her head into the den. Introducing herself she entered and moved forward to inspect the fox kits having brought some herbs, warm furs and food for the little fellas. After attending to the kits Shenta then attending to the scratch on his eye. "This will heal in a couple days but may leave a scar."
Nox smiled and nodded his thanks before placing the furs around the kits and then went off to find his own food. During his stay within the pack he told his stories of his travels and the other wolves he'd met. He found the pups listening intently to his stories and when he needed to return to the den for the kits the pups followed wanting more stories. He gave a chuckle and told them one more story before shooing them to their own dens with their mothers to sleep.
After a few days of staying within the pack he again carefully picked up the kits placing them in the crook of his neck, saying his farewells to the pack and pups, who each gave their unhappiness at his leaving. During the stay the kits had also grown a little stronger and the pups had enjoyed playing with the kits and vice versa. Even though they were stronger Nox felt it safer for them to travel in the crook of his neck for the time being. With that he set off on his adventures once again.

Wondering the tall grassy fields and tumbling down the rolling hills, Equinox arrived at a meteorite crash sight. He was curious to see if the noises he heard in the crash sight were aliens, but he was slightly disappointed and delighted to see a pack living there. Equinox approached, and was greeted happily by the pack alpha. Just like many travelers before, Equinox almost fell into what seemed like a large crack in the ground. "Welcome!" A small voice spoke, and he looked down to see a small pup. "I'm Andromeda! I was helping my packmates hunt but uh... I lost them. Oops? You're new here, right? Are you staying?" She excitedly threw out questions, and Equinox just shrugged in response. "Mm, quiet type, huh? Alright, lets get you a friend to help lead you into the Pack down there. This is Melody! She'll help you!"
