yeti was gently persuaded (though he may prefer the term coerced) to join the pack after another pack discovered him wandering around alone. while he is admittedly cold (in more ways than one), his stunning coat and cool demeanor were very appealing. though he may still seem to begrudgingly tolerate his place, he does genuinely enjoy the company. he just would never openly admit it.

its not easy to get ahold of him unless its on his own terms. he spends most of his time alone in the colder regions, complaining the heat of the desert is intolerable and he prefers solitude... yet he always returns with various gifts, little trinkets he found to share with everyone, before returning to hide out in the snowfields. underneath his aloof presentation are good intentions. giving off an air of detachment is comforting to him; vulnerability and openness truly do feel almost unnatural after convincing everyone around you that you dont understand it, after all.

his frosty pretense didnt stop him from being appointed as stud, a role he reluctantly accepted. "brief encounters are better than long term commitments," is his huffy explanation for something that seems so unfitting. that may actually be the closest thing to the truth he will admit; actual connection is too intimidating for one so closed off.
