Biography

Magpie was a lone wolf, having been cast out of her old pack due to lack of space, she roamed the plains alone. The brightly colored she-wolf found it difficult to find a proper pack to call home, that was until she met another brightly colored she-wolf who invited her to stay. Honey link and Magpie became close friends, often found near each other chatting or sunning.
Magpie never took a mate, she saw no reason to. She felt her purpose was to provide food for the pack and that alone. She did grow fond of Rose link, the stalker of her hunting team, for a while. Together they rescued Dotte link from a coyote pack and raised her, training her and making her as strong as they could. They did a good job as Dotte went on to become the lead Scout for the pack. But after a fight, Magpie and Rose parted ways. Magpie never grew close to another wolf after that.
Magpie did have a few litters, one of them bearing Primrose link an oddly colored pup but Magpie's pup no less. Magpie took great care in raising her daughter to the best she could be, she did well. Although Magpie was a little disappointed that Prim didn't become a hunter, she grew proud of Prim's ability to care for the younger packmates, taking care of them like they were her own.
One of Magpie's later litters bared Nexus link , An agile she-wolf who followed her mothers pawsteps in independence. Magpie struggled a little with Nexus. Nexus never wanted to listen, always had to do things her way, but somehow managed to raise another wonderful hunter for the pack.
Magpie finally had a son after many years and named him Cobra link. She was a little more stern on her boy but loved him the same, she worried when he would vanish but knew he'd be home soon. She watched him grow, giving him the space he wanted. She always worried if he'd ever find a proper place in the pack with his adventures, but after he became a top hunter on a team, her worries faded.
