A cross between a dagari and wolf; avenging her brother gave her a following of dagari as well as her childhood companion; Lament.
Similarly to her brothers, the two purged the valley for a place to settle their legacy. Eventually the damp cool and shade of the looming forests drew Moon Tears to call it home, in a cropping nested between sodden hills and willows. The lapping of a stream can be heard faintly from the clan's usual camp. According to legend, the leading queen discovered this haven by following an imprint of her young brother; thanking her for bringing his body to rest.
Shortly after settling, Moon Tears fell pregnant with the pups of her and Lament. Dormant from most of the winter, shielding her young clan from devastation, the snowpack and flurry did not seem to abate thereafter, even in the summer months when her children arrived. Her dagari daughters, Visions and Sukio for her mother. Lament fell to the role of pup-rearing, forever the leading queen's favorite and most revered mate of hers.
Moon after moon the clan strengthened greatly, progressing faster then the gatherings of her brothers, cementing forever as Iceclan of the woods.

Her apprentice slept by her side, but the queen could not.
After an usually long life of leading and grace, Moon Tears lifted to her paws, her long, flushed grey tail trailing behind her. Her wizened beta watched her anxiously as the queen disappeared behind pines that sparkled with snow and a sky of stars; and quietly left her clan to continue without her.
