Quohau'ru

Year 1:

- Loves her family very much, but finds them overbearing at times.

- Knows she used to have a younger brother, but doesn't remember him, or his death

- Gets along extremely well with Berouthe, and likes spending time with Uiya too (her cousins)

- Doesn't understand why her cousin Eyarq picks on her so much

- The praise from her parents has made her think she has better hunting skills than she really has, but as time goes on she begins to ignore and even distrust her parents' compliments (personality change at adulthood "arrogant" -> "confident")

- Believes that the only wolf that treats her normally is her Aunty Ourara, even if Ourara is sometimes a little bit rude

- Worries she won't grow into her pelt, and that she'll always have a puppy-ish colour (mostly because of Eyarq's bullying)

Name meaning: a clever, wise, and trusting wolf, who can be a little loud and gullible at times

Year 2: Quohau'ru is out walking at the edge of their territory, when chancing upon a strange young wolf named Wuros. Whilst talking with him, he assumes that she was roaming as part of her yearling ceremony. "Ji-Hau'ru" becomes confused at both the odd name Wuros calls her, as well as the concept of a "yearling ceremony", something her parents have kept her sheltered from.

Curious, she continues to meet with Wuros, learning more about his history, and wolf culture outside the pack. He is always respecful, and often praises her for being able to blend in and take him by surprise, something she was insecure about as a pup.

Quohau'ru then subtly takes her questions back to her Aunt Ourara, finding out how her parents have tried to keep her "safe" by withholding information.

After more secretive meet-ups, she falls in love with the older yearling, and takes him to meet her parents. Partly out of love, and partly out of spite, Hau announces him as her mate, drawing shocked gasps from the older wolves. They take him aside and grill him about his upbringing, and, after a short meeting amongst themselves, Xaasa welcomes him as a scout, and declares a feud with Wuros's birth pack.
