Doe

Summer [I] — "The hunting party set off before dawn, while the air was still cool. It isn't long before Bear picked up the scent of a young buck. The pack would eat well that day.

The hunters were dragging their kill back to the camp. It was noon already, but it wasn't nearly as hot as it had been the past couple of days. Suddenly, they heard it. Crows. A lot of them.
'It looks like they're coming right at us, that's odd,' Coyote noticed.
'Let's wait, and see what they do,' said Doe.
The group stopped, watching the dark specks grow bigger as the crows approached. The first crow landed on Sahara's back, but she scared it away easily. Then another landed, this time on Coyote. The birds kept darting in and out, snatching chunks of the buck when they could. Other times they pecked at the wolves' fur.
'Let's get out of here, grab what you can and go!' Doe shouted over the caws.
Each hunter ripped a piece from the buck, then took off running. The crows didn't follow."

Summer [I] — "It was a scorching hot day. The two wolves waded through the river, hoping to cool off.
'Want to bet on who finds the biggest fish?' Doe asked Blackbird.
'We both know who's the better fisher.'
'You're talking about me, right?'
Blackbird just smiled. Both wolves waded off in opposite directions, searching for fish.

'Caught one!' Blackbird shouted through her wriggling catch.
She splashed back to shore and set the fish down a safe distance from the river.
'Looks like a trout!' She shouted to Doe, while inspecting the fish.
Suddenly, Blackbird heard a loud splash coming from the river. She whirled around, and there was Doe, holding a huge fish."
