Cant remember where I found her but she was rarity 2 I guess and it came out she has double inuit + tamaskan unders o:
Then I spent 15 GC to buy random marking applicators and markings removal; this way she got white merle and another inuit so she's triple inuit + tamaskan unders and merle :D
Also I changed her base from Khaki to Clover once I got the event base applicator.
Applied Moss Cross to slot 10.
I guess I'm happy with her now.
