Quehanna was born to a "Pack", which was truly just a group of wolves who traveled from place to place, bartering resources. She and the other pups with her, Quehanna, Sissewa, and Sinnema, were used to having no home. They were in a brutally brittle fall when a forest fire broke out. The adults of the pack hid the pups in a cave near a stream while the rest of them tried to help other animals to safety.
When the fire and smoke cleared and the pups emerged from the cave, the worst met them. Everything had been killed in the fire's wake - they found their smoldering pack huddled around a group of coyotes and a bear cub, near a cliff by the stream. The pups wandered for a few days, not sure on how to fend for themselves or one another.
Luckily for them, Dioute found them in the bones of a forest. He took them home and the pack readily took them in.
Moshan is a fantastic hunter and learner - but she'd never admit it. She has learned to lean on her assigned patrol and they have become her closest friends. She hopes to one day have pups of her own. She has retired from hunting and now is a mentor.
