This kind and happy she-wolf showed up at the entrance to camp, with one tiny runt in her maw. She greeted them and with shy, apologetic eyes, asked if they could come help her carry the three other pups back at her makeshift nest. With some help from Appalachia, Allegheny, and Doguinet, they managed to get all four pups into warm nests. She explained that she didn't want to bother them, but she gave birth in fall and she was worried for winter since this was her first litter. She asked if she could stay for the season, but Dioute offered her one better - she could stay as long as she needed. All she could do was smile and wag her tail - she's only been here a very short time, but she very easily could be considered the happiest wolf in the pack.
She is much smaller than most of the wolves because Queone is actually a wolf-dog! Her father was a St. Bernard mix and her mother was a wolf. She has raised wonderful pups, including Siske, Nehenute, Tsiyae, Sahi, and is a grandma to young Odaiyo. Her mate, a dog named Warren, has since passed, buried in his folks' yard and Quenone's happier disposition faded a bit. However, she still helps watch over pups and loves sleeping in the sunshine with her four babies, who still take time out of their day to snuggle with her. She is close with young Thao, who was adopted by her daughter Siske.
