Her mother Ostra named her in the traditional fashion of her family, after her long-gone grandfather Soaring Condor. Long names are rather antiquated, according to Ostra. Condor grew up with her father's constant nagging and worrying. He never could approach his daughter without a furrowed brow and some gently-spoken questions about her dreams. The young pup never seemed to have a clue what dreams her father spoke of, and her mother always seemed to shrug it off with a laugh.
However, it's been oh so long since he's brought up something of that nature, and she thinks little of it these days. She's got her heart set on her mother's hunting position amongst Apricus. In fact, her and Lovell, a wolf who she grew up alongside both have been vying for the same spot in the packs hunting party.
