Bomb-Grade Uranium

Bomb-Grade Uranium, Uri for short joined the Adolphus pack during a sad time. The pack had just lost their Leader, from the looks of the ceremony they really loved her and would miss her greatly. She watched as they chose a pup that couldn't be more than two days old as the successor, her eyes widened as she watched the pup suddenly become an adult. He was such a handsome fellow, she knew that he was shy and liked her when she went up to congratulate him for being picked. He had thanked her his cheeks brightening and then dipped his head slinking off. She smiled and watched him.

Watching him goof off and play with the pups, and his siblings, she couldn't help but smile. She had tried to approach him a few times but every time he noticed he headed in the opposite direction. She lay bathing in the sun deciding to wait for him to come to her and when he finally did she was elated but hid her excitement. She let him court her and when he asked if she would be his mate she nodded and agreed. She knew everything had moved fast but deep down she already loved him and she didn't quite understand why. Perhaps in a previous life they had been together or something.
