The second monarch to have taken over Cleití Dubh. Much like their warm-hearted predecessor, Phae is a gentle and attentive ruler, albeit they tend to stick to the rules—and ensure their subordinates to do the same—a bit too stiffly for the pack's liking. Their strict scrutiny does tend to stifle some of the lesser freedoms that were once free game but, to their credit, not so much as a scratch has touched the pretty little heads of their pack members since they took over.
Outside of their role as sovereign, Phae, much like their namesake, is known to be a bit of a romantic, and their attempts to court their inferiors rarely end in failure. They'll always be at their happiest when surrounded by their various lovers. While the thought of taboo rendezvouz does make them anxious as queen, they welcome all the chaos that follows their insistence that their packmates endulge in romance freely. . . even if that means sneaking out to meet handsome outsiders every once in a while. After all, they'd be quite the hypocrite to suggest otherwise.
