During the lesson: Steele successfully wiggled out from under Dani's paws. Dani was very proud, even if later her ankles had to endure excited puppy gnaws.

During the lesson: Dani took a particularly fun toy in her mouth before hiding among foliage and large boulders. Steele was expected to find and ambush her and the toy would be his reward.

During the lesson: Relying on smell won't always help you find your way, and Steele listened to Stone's lecture about using the position of the sun and the moon when scouting. Steele couldn't wait to test his skills.

During the lesson: Steele tested out some killing techniques on the carcass. Rainbow Dash explained which methods take the most strength, but are also the quickest, which saves energy and spares the prey from suffering.

During the lesson: Steele listened carefully to Stone's lecture about how biting and tussling aren't allowed during teamwork. That was a bit disappointing, but Steele was ready for the hard work.

During the lesson: The good manners lesson went awry today when Steele started inventing bizarre and funny excuses to make everyone laugh instead of learning how to apologize with respect. Michael was serious in scolding him, but he noticed him smiling when the other pups weren't looking.
