The first ruler of The Remnants, Cessair had devoted her life to spreading despair and sorrow in her wake. Recruiting those as wicked as herself, and those simply just unfortunate, her pack grew quickly. Cessair kept herself from forming any bonds with any of the wolves in her pack, keeping everyone disposable at a moment's notice if needed.
