Kiota was born in a litter of 5. Their mother is Rica and their father was a male from another pack. She had 4 other siblings and was generally happy. However one day when the pack of puppies and their pack mates pups went on an adventure disaster struck. One of the puppies was caught by coyotes while playing hide and seek and when the puppies returned their sibling was gone. The parents searched and eventually found the body of the pup. The pack mourned the loss of the puppy for ages and ever since then the puppies were never the same. Many of them seemed to feel misplaced and uncomfortable with their home. Because of this Lea and Cynder asked the pups and parents if the pups would like to move to new packs. Many of them agreed and thus Cynder began making agreements with neighboring packs. Many pups left to their own adventures with new homes while a few stayed to help rebuild and care for the pack they knew and loved. Kiota stayed with their family in hopes of helping them while also being able to mourn with those they knew.
