Sara

Sara was a fierce, strong hunter.  She was proud of her ability, and she could never resist a good challenge.  Sometimes this got her into trouble because she would never back down from a fight.  But she was utterly loyal to her pack, and when an enraged mother bear attacked a few of the hunters who were taking some of the cubs on their first hunting lesson, she stood between the bear and her pack mates, allowing them to escape.

Unfortunately, she was not so lucky.  When she died, s he found the cubs whose spirits had lingered after they had died and formed the Spiritsong pack.  As the first adult to enter the pack, she took it upon herself to look after the cubs.
