Kaya

Kaya was a young wolf who naturally dispersed from her pack in search of a mate. She joined Sky Song Pack for the protection and company of other wolves. She acted as a scout for the pack, exploring new territory and useful resources, but she may have had some ulterior motives as she searched for a lone wolf to take as a mate.

She found him in Javier, a desert wolf Ghostmoon had befriended and brought back to the pack. Javier had been in a roving pack that had taken advantage of the chaos brought upon by Lupus. They hunted and scavenged on other packs' territories, frequently squabbling with other wolves and even among themselves. Tired of the outlaw lifestyle, Javier left to find a more stable living situation. It was in Sky Song pack that he and Kaya met, and eventually raised a little of four sons: Apollo, Arthur, Hosea, and Kai. Their golden coats took after Kaya, with their father's strength and handsome features. Kai, the runt, was particularly close to his mother for whom he was named, and had a nearly identical coat.

Later in life, Kaya retired to let the younger scout Damascus take her place. Kaya became a mentor to all of the young wolves in Sky Song Pack, passing on years of experience and knowledge.
