Integrated into the Wastelanders Pack in Spring of Year 3. He is a flighty, even somewhat annoying wolf, but he is tolerated for his acute knowledge of herbs. Under the direction of Lead Wolf Ita, he took the Oath of the Swift, dedicating himself to his craft and rejecting the companionship of a mate. A truly committed Herbalist, he has never regretted this decision, even under the control of Lead Wolf Sandor who has turned him away from the Divine Unut and commanded him to work with the ursidae. At the age of twenty seasons, he took upon an apprentice, Juda.
April 27th, 2022 [DIARY 1]
"Sweet Unut, what is happening in this pack? Moru comes to me whispering like a scared pup, speaking of treasonous acts....Mingling with an Outsider....Sira, my apprentice, aren't you a fool! You have squandered any attempt at becoming an Herbalist in my pawsteps. Moru and I, sharing a tender heart-to-heart, have decided to spare your life and offer herbs that will cover your scent while you feign illness. Perhaps bloat would be a proper and convincing lie..."

"Our plan was disrupted by that pupsitter Duno's proposal! He quickly caught wind of Sira's labor, which comes as no surprise, given that they share a den space...Sweet Unut, at the very least, he did vouch for her...Pretending to be the father of her pups...Should any word slip, we will all meet you at your divine palace!"

"It has been a long while since I've spoken here formally, Sweet Unut...Though, I know you feel no harsh feelings, as I speak with you every night, hah!...Ah, but my heart continues to break. Not under the weight of your Tenants, of which I can follow easily, unlike some...No, my heartbreak comes for that sweet pup, Juda. Her mother made a grave mistake, and she pays for her grievances!...I was unwilling to dedicate my time to concoct a cure for the pup, as it goes against the morals of our sacred contract, Sweet One...But under the grueling guilt I felt in my silver gut, I made a compromise with Fahren. I will cure Juda, but she must stay with me for the rest of her days, and train under me, once she has been whelped. That snipy she-wolf agreed, thank the Divine...But I know her heart breaks. Though, not any more than it would have, had Juda's end come. Compromises must be made, Swift Unut!"

"Great, wise Sun...I can bend to the whim of any Divine they throw at me! I am not a reluctant wolf, I simply wish to praise whoever I am told to. My focus is on my craft...Not who it is I pray to every night. No, my qualms with Lead Wolf Sandor come from who he has dictated me to follow this time...Bears! Of all the foul creatures!...They may know plenty about herbs, but Great Sun, they stink! How many times I have spoken to Herb, and fish scales have escaped his jaws and made their way to my feet...I should not have to shake his recent meals from my fur every time we have a discussion! Ack!"

"Ah, the sound of a pup in the den usually worries me, but this one is not here for a checkup, Sweet Moon!...Juda discovered her while foraging, which is not a story I would have believed, had Ouni not been with her. He is apt to spilling secrets without meaning to...And he has gone a good long while without! I do worry, however, about Juda's attachment to the pup...She is being nursed by another she-wolf, as we are in no short supply of new mothers...But, Juda's body seems to react as a response to caring for the pup. Curious, isn't it, gentle Moon? Females are so valuable to this pack...They can produce milk without even trying! I only hope that no maternal feelings arise...The Moon only knows what would happen if she were to stray from the guidance of your laws!"

"In all my time, Great Sun...Walla comes crawling to me like a flea-ridden pup! Her bite wounds weren't severe, but the toll it took on her mental state...Tch...This is why wolves don't leave the pack alone! I'm all for aiding her in proving herself to her pack, and taking her rightful place as Lead Wolf; but, taking another pack of wolves head on? And by herself? What a foolish she-wolf she is! I have the right mind to turn down even caring for her wounds...But ah...I delivered her myself. Lead Wolf Ita wouldn't be pleased if I turned down caring for her daughter!...Hmph...I've gone soft in my old age..."

"Great Sun...I've got a nasty cough. I am unsure if it is one that is indicative of a more severe illness, but...That no longer matters! I've grown rather long in the tooth, this is to be expected. After losing former scout, Chand, in the night to his labored breathing...I worry I will suffer the same. I confided this in Ouni, who I know will spill the truth to Juda...This was mostly intentional. I simply do not have the heart to tell her, myself! Why spoil her with my ill thoughts when I can focus on teaching her all that I know? She is a bright, lovely young wolf...I am glad to have taken her on as my apprentice. In all my time with the Wastelanders, I believe she may have been the best part...I am grateful for her, Great Sun. She...Is my daughter. Or, at the very least, what I would have wanted a daughter of mine to be. I only hope she does not suffer in my absence."
