Bruin Wicklow

Bruin, for as long as she could remember, had been a quiet vagabond in life. Her parents were both lone wolves who had a quick fling, and so for a long time it was just her and her mother and brother. But her mother was a loner at heart, never really making many efforts to keep her pups around. Bruin ended up leaving the pair of them one evening, wandering and just deciding never to go back. She traveled alone for many many years, developing skills just enough to keep her going. SPEED and AGILITY were her strongest skills, making her a natural Hunter.

She met Indica when he was just starting out, along with several other older females and some males. Bruin didn't see much point to his daydreams, and she didn't really believe that bonds forged in friendship could be stronger than the frail ones of her family she'd seen. Bruin was a PESSIMISTIC young female, quite STOIC and not a huge fan of Indica and his ROMANTIC views. Nevertheless he was persistent, and Horthel, an obnoxious old wolf who nevertheless earned their respect for her brashness, was the one to convince Bruin to join them. She helped the older generation found the Harbingers hunting group where she served as a CHASER until her retirement.

Over the years she had one daughter, in a fashion similar to her own birth: a one night stand. Still, she decided that instead of repeating the mistakes of her mother, Bruin cared for and nurtured her daughter and encouraged her dreams. On her retirement, she could think of no better task than mentoring the young. Indica was touched by her change of heart over the years and granted her request.
