It was a normal day. Except it wasn't.
Everyone was happy. Except they weren't.
Even the weather was in a good mood. Except the clouds were crying.
Today was the day Lynx became alpha. But that meant… his adopted mother was gone. Woolly was on her last stretch of life. She had a happy pack. But then… something unspeakable happened. When she was still alive her soul purpose was to lead her pack AND explore the territory.
One day she was out of the camp exploring and she didn't come back. Everyone was worried. Lynx and Snake went out to look for their lost leader. They were out looking for a month. Fennec was incharge while they were gone. She was playing with some pups when they returned. The monstrosity danger pack saw was a wolf they once knew. But she was covered in blood and had a bullet wound in her forehead. Alpha Woolly never opened her eyes again.
