Steve

Steve was born into a very simple pack, not too dissimilar from Indica's. It was an almost fairy-tale life complete with a functional family that loved and supported one another. He was very happy and had no intentions of really leaving his pack, until one day he ran into Indica while on a scouting mission to explore surrounding territories. He was intrigued by the young wolf's big dreams and fascinated with his story. Steve had always been a TRUSTING wolf and shared the ROMANTIC ideology he had. He could never follow other STOIC leaders he'd met but Indica was the opposite! Steve decided to leave his birth pack and join with Indica at Moonshine Flats.

There he became fast friends with the elder females of the pack, especially Sable who he saw as a mentor and quietly admired from a distance. Every time he was injured he enjoyed going to the Herbalist tree just to see her. Steve was also particularly close with Horthel and Saoirse as well as Zorba. They were all mutual friends, and together helped to start Moonshine Flats on its path to a prosperous future. With his superior WISDOM and SMARTS, he became the leader and founder of the Harbingers HUNTING team, taking on the role of Stalker.

Over many successful hunts he grew to master the role. He watched the pack grow, and his own affections grew for Sable. Yet sadly, she would pass on before he ever got a chance to confess. He grieved her loss, and the loss of the other founding members most closely with Zorba. The two bonded over their mutual grief, which eventually formed into a romance and future matehood. Although they were older now, they welcomed their first pups into the pack, christening their claim over the Taiga.

Steve eventually retired from his role as as Stalker of the Harbingers to the role of Mentor for the wide variety of skills he'd picked up over the years. He was a beloved and honored wolf of the pack
