Herb That Gives New Life

Herb is a conflicted wolf.

At a young age, he was a loner. He and his brother Berry travelled the lands together, getting into fights, and losing.... badly..
When Laikan took them in, he said he was hoping to build a tribe where no one will have to starve, or fight for their place. Where they can protect the cycle of the moon, and the spirits who inhabit both the light and dark sides.

Herb was always more passive, with his brother handling most of the fighting. This idea sounded amazing! However, Berry was more hesitant, which in turn made Herb Hesitant. How will their lives change if they took to being Gaurdians of spirits they have never herd of until this point?

Eventually they both agreed. Herb became the Doctor of the Tribe. The Herbalist. It was quite fitting given his passive nature and like of plants.

Many moons went on before he stumbled into a young wolf named Juniper. She was rowdy and energetic, and he taught her the ways of the forest. How to be quiet nd relaxed and learn the language of the plants. Juniper promised she would come back one day to learn everything there is to know.

Years have passed.

Herb is old. Very old. Any moon he would pass away, leaving the Tribe without an Herbalist.
Thats when Juniper came back. Taking on the name of Juniper Who Gives Strength, she fulfilled her promise of learning the ropes.

Herb wasn't scared anymore. He knew Juniper would be there to continue his work. He could die peacefully knowing It'll be alright. In just one moon, if he makes it that far, she could take on the official Herbalist Title and he would retire. He smiled, knowing he had done his job.
