Again, lets go: round two!
He was determined to become well-acquainted with every wolf he met. Even the pack he left could not have anticipated him attempting to endear himself to a selfish wolf like Felicity yet he did. Friend could see the good in her or so he told Felicity, even by her scent.
When inquired of his name, he answers with Friend, perhaps unaware of the sarcasm some wolves may be employing when addressing him as such. Friend stuck by the Snow Hearts, always happy to do his part, especially for Ioa.
Ioa enjoyed a howl with Friend often. Despite becoming a dedicated scout, following in Fluff's pawsteps, he made time for just the two of them. Friend was a good listener, not volunteering an opinion without nigh a staring invitation!
He sat in on meetings of import even at around three cycles of age due to keeping his council to himself and his global amiable nature. It was not likely for any wolf to sputter at broken tradition or order, at least not Friend. Not ever good ol' Friend. Can't possibly have found fault with him.
It would be remiss not to mention Friend did feel anger and was even fearful of the high whine mosquitoes emit. Generally, he kept a level of decorum most agreed difficult to maintain. Anyone caught purposefully attempting to disrupt Friend found their sleep lonely, quite unaccompanied by the majority of the pack.
