Beaver

Amora's first litter of pups was extremely small and weak, which arose concern to the rest of the pack. Amora was very defensive of her two sons, shielding them from the harsh words of their pack mates.

Beaver, Amora's eldest, was the stronger of the two. He was a very humble pup, but very curious and sure of himself. Sadly, right before the 2 month mark, Beaver wandered away from the den to get a drink of water from a nearby river. Sadly, he didn't see the well-camouflaged alligator lurking closely nearby before he was snatched away in the reptile's jaws.

Amora had not discovered Beaver was gone until Lark's hunting party returned with just a singular dismembered paw of her son that they had found floating along the river.

A wave of grief washed over the wolf, and she vowed to never let this happen again. Since Beaver's death she has become extremely protective and overbearing of her last pup, putting a strain on her and Egret's relationship.
