"Kneph, while at one point a lowly thief, has found a renewed version of himself ever since a fateful encounter with the wolf who would eventually adopt him as a son, Draven. Ever since, he's been genuinely working on bettering himself. He still lacks manners and may not be the smartest guy around, but he tries so hard to do the right thing. Always expect a relentless stream of enthusiasm from him - he's a glass half full type of guy, and also, endless quips. Basically, he never really shuts up, but he means the best.
The one thing that can rock him to his core, like many others, is the death or loss of a family members - and his family includes his whole tribe. He has a disregard for actual bloodlines and believes in found family above all. The death of his daughter has proven to be the only thing he's seriously cried over as an adult, and he found out that he's embarrassed to cry in front of those who look up to him as a leader. Kneph wishes to appear strong in even the worst situations for the sake of his loved ones.
Some of Kneph's favorite things include hunting raccoons (his favorite meal), affectionately annoying anyone he comes across, travelling, and wrestling/roughhousing. It's the little things that Kneph appreciates; he doesn't crave luxury or a simple life. As long as the wolves he loves are surrounding him, Kneph is happy. He's prepared to deal with anything, even if it's poorly - something done is better than something not done in his mind.
The death of his adoptive father gave him a newfound sense of responsibility. He grew up a little, emotionally, as a result and takes things a little more seriously. His work ethic has proven to be incredible once tapped into properly. However, he has some doubts about his ability as a leader, brought on by a series of tragedies and a particular conversation with a girl. Though he feels like he isn't the best wolf for the position, he also feels a sense of obligation and responsibility for his family. This can feel a bit tumultuous to him, especially in times of distress. As of late, his anxieties about his qualifications as a leader have increased. He often feels like he's not doing a good job or that he's constantly dropping the ball. It might come off as obvious to those who know him, but he's still working off the motto 'fake it 'till you make it', for better or for worse."
