Fourth born of six half romantic, half stoic, pups; two female.

Arcane fit within Snow Hearts somewhat well. They had a fascination with the local mourning, too. As much as Arcane loved their packmates, they found solace amongst bones. Arcane dutifully showed up attentively to hunts, then oft retreated to a bone pile.

As Ioa practiced Felicity's careful den hopping between and even during pup sets, Arcane had several piles. They did not mind the curiosity of pups. Though, it was at times difficult to persuade another why Arcane wished to watch the bones instead of chew them. Puppies lacked inhibition and adults patience, but Snow Hearts are generally accepting.

Arcane especially enjoyed caribou bones, as the wolves sought them nowadays. The splinter packs made return to the taiga nigh impossible, after all. Moose may have been a pack favorite regardless. Still, Arcane would join his team to show the enemy how much swifter they were - it didn't occur to them these wolves were once friends.

Stormbolt, among others, were aware of this activity, but did not hinder Arcane and company. They understood competition was needed to thrive out on the unforgiving tundra. Provided the once friends complained, they were met with gnashing teeth. That is, until Arcane again preferred the company of their bone collection.
