↪ 9/28/2022: "I can feel my bones growing weary. I can no longer play with the pups I babysit; they've declared me the story-teller, and are turning to Bailey for wrestling. Sa has begun to tire as well, and soon we will both be gone from this world. Though I am so very tired, I will try my best to rise every morning as he does. My body may be betraying me, but my will is strong. We've been scanning the pack recently, looking for someone fit to replace our dormant roles. My last offspring - Uyumi and her sibling - were from another arranged breeding. Sa and I know I don't have the strongest genes, not compared to him. He's still so very fit, and so very determined. We had planned to put them forward, but despite our dedication to blood family, there have been those we took in on the way that have better genetics and stronger bodies than he or I. Personally, I believe the strongest females are Uru Lory and Nephlily. On the other paw, Sa has looked to Aurasky, Tam-eye, Loserena, and even young Dark Day when she grows. I understand his point of view, they are all very unique genetically. But my soul will feel sorrow if Uyumi does not find a dominant role. All the same, as I lay down to sleep tonight I fear my eyelids are heavier than yesterday. As I rest in this den beside my beloved, I can only hope I will rise another day. If I do not... Sa, my love, if I go first I will keep our den in the heavens warm. Take your time."
