When he was alive, he was his sister's best friend. They would chase each other with Kikan, laughing and having the best time. He was the brave older brother she looked up to... Apparently too brave for his own good. One day, him and his sister were walking along a river in the forest, the dead leaves soft on their feet. They were inching closer and closer to the riverbank, trying not to look chicken and feeling as strong as the big wolves, when Nyah slipped on a wet patch of ground. She knocked into Levi and the two of them fell in together with a splash. They were found by Mary a few miles from the den the next day, Nyah lying weak with cold and confused grief next to Levi's lifeless body. She still thinks of him every day, wondering why she lived and he didn't.
