Aput Amaruq

Aput was born in the northern hemisphere and left her pack once she became a yearling during her first rites. In her pack it was customary for yearlings to pick a choice of remaining or going, and she chose the latter.

In truth Aput did not feel as if she would be truly fulfilled at her home. She has an extremely DUTIFUL nature and has a ROMANTIC belief in destiny. So she left to find it. For many years she wandered from land to land, searching for something to capture her interest. And then she found Indica. She was intrigued by this pack of many families, and followed him to the Taiga where his pack Moonshine Flats resided.

She was very quickly given the task of PUPSITTER as there was a shortage of available wolves in the pack. Although she was hesitant at first, Aput found a great sense of purpose in guiding the younger generations while their parents were away. She felt as if she found her calling, and was happy to work alongside the other Pupsitters.

Yet there was still some lingering feeling that she didn't truly fit in. It was strange coming into an already established pack. Surprisingly, she found a kindred soul in one of the pack's newest hunters, Skittles, who also knew what it was like to be an old wolf in a new pack. His charm and wit kept her smiling, and eventually the two became a bonded pair, with their first litter due in Spring of Year 6.
