determined: Houwac never went in believing he would lose a patient. he did, of course - but he made a point to never declare a wolf beyond help, and often he did manage to bring someone back from what seemed like certain death. he carried this attitude towards all of his life. "the dawn always comes," he would say, if it was ever questioned.
strict: he always meant well, but Houwac's domineering personality made him a nuisance at times. he was one of the oldest wolves at the outset of the pack, and often he spoke over Hryhoolou and Uruhouou, taking their youth to mean thoughtlessness or inexperience. it served him better as a herbalist, though he never lost his habit of speaking out of turn.
