Nephie Atacama

Nephie, short for Nephelina met Rook shortly after she dispersed from her family's pack. At the time, though she was naïve to the dangers of the world, her love for the unexplored carried her after him. At first, he was hesitant of her, but her insistence on following her new friend to the ends of the Earth lead to the two becoming inseparable.
When the pack was founded, Nephie was quick to take the position of scout, as her sense of adventure carried her to lands far beyond what she had ever seen before. Though she also had responsibilities as a founder of the pack, she would often neglect these in favor of her travels elsewhere.
Through thick and thin, she remained steadfast by her best friend's side, and would eventually take him as her own, bringing only him gifts from the foreign lands that she visited.
After many years of thriving among the pack they had built together, Rook and Nephie both began to grow old. As they slowed down, they spent more time with the members of the family they'd grown, often telling stories to the young ones, and napping together in the sun.
Nephelina would retire to life within the camp, leaving Zoleteth as her successor. Having mentored him herself, she had the utmost faith that he would take easily to scouting.
As she reached the end of her life, she discovered a love for teaching and storytelling- something that she found easy to rope her betrothed into. Together, they taught many of the young members of the pack stories of its history, and the valuable life skills that they had had to learn on their own. Nephelina's death was felt hard by her family, as she simply left them one night, carried away by the moon to a new adventure.
