Not by brute strength did this she-wolf begin her own pack, but by her nimble foot and intelligent mind. Born in the mountains, she grew up with the songs of her ancestors ringing in her head—that their homeland lay north between the stretch of the glacier and the tundra.

When she became olde enough, she left her nomadic pack to become a dispersal. She chased her first mate out of the pack based on his incompetence and began befriending new wolves. Ivan, an older black wolf, became her herbalist. Reinhart became her reliant stalker, along with the chasers Myroslava, Dmitriy and Valens. Dmitriy was found as a pup and raised by the pack. Viktor became the finisher of the hunting team, and soon the pack breeding male based on his strength and looks.

Siobahn is defiantly mate-less and is strict about the offspring she keeps. Most pups, even those born from mated pairs or outside males, are subject to her inspect and not one yet has made the cut. She moved their mountain home to the taiga, and then to the glacier, where her hardy wolves have managed their best.
