Delta Runner was born to a small pack, consisting of only her parents and siblings. They were all kind and loving, content with their hard but honest life. For a few years, Delta was content to help raise her younger siblings and hunt for her family. Then, a rush of strange wolves came to the mountains, wanting to form packs of their own. Intrigued, Delta made the hard choice to leave her family. She wandered in the wide unclaimed lands for a few moons before stumbling into Sun Eyes.
He had just a bit more charisma than the other stranger she had encountered, and persuaded her to join him. For the first few months inside the pack, Sun Eyes pined after other wolves. Delta was content making friends and refining her hunting skill. However, one day Mountain Gust and Night Snow rounded her up with Sun Eyes and he admitted feelings for her. She was surprised and flattered, reciprocating immediately. She took on the additional tasks of the beta, finding she had a knack for leadership.
Over time, the pair raised several litters. Delta's last litter, a litter of three, was the only one to bare a future member for the pack: Frigid Flurries. She was a lovely youngster who showed early signs of skill in hunting, and Delta is proud to call her daughter. In her elder days, she was content to let the other hunting party take on more and more expeditions than her own senior hunters.
