Brackel

Pronounced (BRA-kl)

The fifth leader of the Silver Falcon Pack. Pup of the hunter Scalus. Had a sister, Scula. She had one pup, Chewink.

Adventurous and brave, valiant. An even greater battler than her predecessor Perali, the Silver Champion. Her incredible strength and heroic nature had earned her the title of the Ashen Hero - her smoky eyes rose from her pelt of smoldering embers. Behind those eyes lay a wolf of many hopes and dreams, a wolf destined to lead but with much to learn, one who never showed how uncertain she may have been. Behind the smoky eyes lay a mystery.

Brackel did not take on the role of a Finisher as her grandfather, mother, and sister did. She probably would have, had Perali not seen the spark of a leader within her. He saw, in such a young pup, a wolf who would become an even stronger leader than himself, one who would champion the pack even in dark times.

One day, when Brackel was a young pup, she went exploring after the day's lesson. As she wandered, she heard the cries of a baby bird, and discovered a chick that had fallen from his nest into a thorny patch below. The chick was thankfully largely unscathed, but could not get himself out nor could hiss parents get to him. A brave Brackel pushed through the thorns, getting herself plenty of cuts in the process, and reached the chick, gently picking him up in her mouth and carrying him out.

The chick's parents were filled with gratitude for the rescue and asked if Brackel wanted anything in return. Brackel wanted nothing except the chance to play with the chick - when he was a little older and could fly, of course. In the meantime, Brackel came out to the nest nearly every day, and though she could not play with the chick, named Feryn, the two would talk as much as they could. Like his parents, Feryn was incredibly grateful to Brackel for being rescued, and felt a sort of friendly debt to her for saving his life.

And as they got older and Feryn left the nest, the two became closer friends and Brackel invited Feryn to join the pack, to which he readily did. When Brackel became the pack's leader, Feryn insisted on coming along with her on her explorations as a friend, scout, and battle partner. Meaning that they traveled together, Feryn would scout ahead if needed, and whenever Brackel fought (which was quite a lot) Feryn would act as support.

Adult Stats: 748

Born with 196 strength, had 237 strength at adulthood (27 from puptraining and 14 from apprenticeship). Had 292 strength after tutoring while waiting to be made lead. Gained 137 strength from level ups and 50 strength from battles for a total of 479 strength after reaching level 20. Reached 500 strength at age 3y 2.5m. Reached 600 strength at age 5y 3m. Reached 700 strength at age 6y 6m.

July 28, 2022: Brackel has hit the leaderboard! 10th Highest Strength Lead at 2y 11m. 2 days later, Brackel is #8 on this board. Hopped into 7th at some point, hopped back into 8th. On 9/19/2022 She was 6th on the board! Brackel was 4th!!! on 9/29/2022!


October 22, 2022: Brackel has hit THE leaderboard! 10th Highest Stat Lead at 1761 total stats - also 4th Highest Strength Lead at 700 strength. I went to bed a very happy player that night. Narrowly slipped into 9th on October 25th. Shortly after went back to 10th.
