Fortune has not been kind to Lily. In her early life she was born into a large litter of pups. She was easily forgotten by her mother in the hoard of her siblings. Lily managed to survive her adolescence long enough to become an adult. She was given a low rank in her pack, and eventually bonded with a handsome fellow named Autumn. His pelt was a beautiful amber, with brown flecks spread amongst it. When she became pregnant with his pups, Lily knew they would share his same fur because it was too beautiful a trait not to pass on. Her happiness was cut short when their pack was attacked by a wild pack of coyotes. Her mate died protecting her. Few survived the ambush, but her pack leader, Monarch, finally managed to drive them off. Lily was distraught and broken, but she managed to move forward. In the spring she gave birth to her litter along with a few other wolves from her pack.
She was delighted with her new pups, and to her guess three out of the five looked just like their father. Fate still had plans for her however. It started with the eldest, then quickly spread to the rest of the litter. The pack Herbalist was helpless to stop the sickness. Every remedy that the Herbalist could think of showed no promise. So, in order to keep the sickness from spreading to the other pups of the pack, Monarch demanded that Lily kill and dispose of the bodies of her pups. He gave her permission to do it as she pleased, but it must be done. She however, did not have the heart to kill them. Traveling deep outside of the pack's domain; she stashed them to care for them in secret. She covered them in mud and branches in hopes to hide their sent from Monarch. Her efforts though were in vain. When Monarch did manage to find them He did the job himself. When he returned, he banished Lily from the pack for disobeying orders and putting the rest of the pack's pups at risk.
Lily wandered for the good portion of a year. Not knowing where to go or what she wanted to live for. That is when Oleander found her. He offered for her to have a new life, and a spot in his pack if she wished. She accepted, and is now a hunter for the Willow Grove Pack.
