Night of No Stars

The sun beats down on the pack's den, birdspng in the trees creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Suddenly a loud barking disrupts the peaceful scene and a large black wolf enters the clearing, followed by the rest of his hunting party. The hunt was successful considering the deer carcass dragged by several members of the pack and the blood glistening in their fur. The black wolf barks a greeting to his pack, announcing the return of the party and 4 small bundles of fur emerge from a tree stump and make their way towards him. A she-wolf follows them, her fur white with black spots some of which have a blue tint. You can tell the pups belong to the pair as they nuzzle their father, different patches of black, grey and blue glimmering in the sunlight. This is the alpha pair of the Emerald Stones and these are the next generation.

Night of No Stars was born to Raven which Flies at Dawn and Adala. His father was the pack's first scout, a lone wolf who came from a far off pack. His mother Adala was chased from her birth pack for being small and weak, more interested in plants and herbs than hunting prey.

As an apprentice he fell in love with Moo, a young scout. Together they forged a strong relationship as the alpha pair of the pack and have recently welcomed pups.
