Kevin

During the lesson: Kevin was in charge of describing everything he saw today while out exploring with Olive, down to the last detail. He struggled more than he expected, not realizing just how hard it was to rely upon his memory.

During the lesson: Coyote placed a toy between herself and Kevin. She showed him where to position himself to catch the prey while Coyote flushed the prey toward him.

During the lesson: Coyote brought a massive branch today and asked all participants to grab onto it with their jaws and hang as long as possible. It looked hilarious as they walked around the den like this for a long while, but Kevin determinedly kept his jaw shut and ignored the giggles of the other pups.

During the lesson: Red reminded Kevin not to giggle each time she walks by. It would make the hiding technique much more efficient.

During the lesson: Kevin didn't have much luck at first, but soon he started to associate types of nesting materials with types of birds. Each time they appeared sooner than before.

During the lesson: Coyote checked Kevin's progress through a chasing test. Kevin had to avoid being caught, which seemed completely impossible, but he wisely used all the tricks and feints to gain an advantage.

During the lesson: Timing is key when working with others so that you don't get in their way. Kevin learned that being first sometimes means that you're the first one that gets scolded by Dapple if something goes wrong.
