4. | Tend to her needs. If her needs are not met she will be called back.

5. | You may add decor, but DO NOT remove any.

6. | DO NOT change her name or remove anything from her bio.

7. | DO NOT under any circumstances chase or sell this wolf. If you do not want her, send her on their way or return her to the Astra Lupus Pack

Lore: Late in her life, Yuki decided she wants to go on at least one journey, to see a bit more of the world and have a story to tell. A younger pack member, Obsidian, offered to accompany her and make sure she'd be safe. Even though Yuki felt like she could still take good care of herself, she agreed. There was nothing wrong in accepting a kind offer.
After she and Obsidian had travelled in the wild for a while, he picked up the scent of his mate leading onto the territory of a pack nearby. Yuki could tell how much he longed to follow the trace, so she let him lead the way.
By the time they found the pack, Obsidian's mate had already set off to another pack. From this point, she let Obsidian make his own decisions, for her it was clear she wanted to stay for a bit and get to know the wolves here. They let Yuki join a hunting party, even though she had never been on a hunt before, and allowed her to learn about it as if she wouldn't be years older than any of them.
The wolves of Nemos treated Yuki with kindness and when it was time for her to move on, she knew she'd miss them.

The night before Yuki had planned to leave, Ailyn, the leader of the pack, approached her.
"Are you sure you want to leave tomorrow, Yuki? Obsidian won't accompany you this time, and I'm concerned about your wellbeing. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but your health isn't the best anymore and traveling alone can be dangerous. Many packs are on edge because of all their missing pack members, they might not be welcoming towards a stranger these times."
"I'll be fine, don't worry.", Yuki replied. "I can't just stay here and make use of your storages, your hospitality is greatly appreciated but I don't want to become a burden."
Ailyn smiled at her, obviously amused. "You think you'd be a burden? You could never be. I saw how you handle the pups the other day, my pack would profit from your knowledge and experience. And when the time comes, Thorn will see you to your pack, to make sure you get there safely. You don't have to give me an answer right away, just think about it, would you?"
And Yuki did. She had to admit that Ailyn had a point, and she liked this place. It wouldn't hurt to stay for a bit longer.
During the following weeks, Yuki didn't go hunting anymore. She did what she had always done at home, watch over the young, guide new pupsitters in taking care of them, and helping with the births. She even found a new friend here, Eden, who was already past her best years as well and had tried to travel once, just as Yuki. They exchanged stories and spent a lot of time together, until the day came where Yuki actually had to leave.

And she would leave this time... Just not as she had planned. Winter had been hard on Yuki this year, and even though the sun of spring came out to warm her now, she still felt the chill deep in her bones. Yuki felt weaker than ever before and she had to realise that the way home would not be something she could ever manage again.
She tried to hide her current state from everyone, as she didn't want to worry them. She still caught Eden giving her concerned looks a couple of times, and she somehow only got the sweetest and easiest puppies to take care of, no troublemakers anymore.
Yuki could feel that her time was up now. So one evening after the moon had risen already, she left the den all by herself. She wanted to be alone now. This journey was one she had to make by herself.
In her den, she had left a note for Ailyn, and one for Orion. This pack could be trusted, they'd make sure he'd get her final goodbyes.
Yuki had dicovered the place she was heading to when she had been out hunting, since then she had always wished to return here. Now, it felt like it was just the right place to find peace.
On top of a hill, a small clearing held a ring of mysterious old stones. Up here, the last snow of the past year still covered the soft grass, and the northern lights dancing high up in the sky called her to join the wild hunt.
Exhausted from the long way here, Yuki laid down in the snow, resting her head on her paws and watching the reflection of the colorfull lights on the white, unbroken surface. As her vision slowly faded, her heart was resting in peace, her mind back in better days, warm days full of love and laughter. On the other side of the great darkness, many a friend would be waiting for her. The exhaustion and cold stayed behind as Yuki moved on. One chapter might be ending here, but her story was far from over, that much she knew for sure.

Until you arrive in the dark packlands,
