A large wolf was walking alone in the woods, the setting sun was casting a reddish orange glow that made the forest look almost unwelcoming but the words of the fox like leader ringed in his ears and only fueled his determination to traverse deeper. A low sigh came from the male as he was far into the woods and it was now too dark to move on, even with his sharp eyes and keen sense of smell he knew getting lost at night was not the best option right now. Looking around for a decent place to rest was hard, this area was not only unknown but from the moment he set paws in here it felt like eyes were watching him, but there was nothing to be found, no scents, no sounds, just very faint glimpse of what looks to be a tail but before he can even try to focus it just…disappears. But whatever it was seemed to be scared to approach him so he shrugged it off and settled down for the night, his body finally getting the rest it begged for after traveling a season's worth of walking. His eyes stared up at the night sky, the half moon that beamed down was slowly fading as his eyes closed as the sound of whispering filled his ears and invaded his thoughts. A odd feeling went through his fur and caused him to shudder, it felt as if fingers were going through his fur and down his chest. His body moved on it's own accord as his stomach was now exposed with the feeling of being touched getting stronger. A pleased sigh escaped his mouth when the fingers started to stroke his chest and the back side of his head, his body and mind numbed out when something pressed against his back. Something warm…human like but after some time the touch faded away which made him whimper as he was now craving to be touched. "My my, such an odd beast you are…maybe we shall meet again very…very soon". His eyes cracked over as he was somehow on his back and covered in strange flower petals of a pale purple hue, he looked around and sighed as he was still in the same clearing he fell asleep in…so he thinks. A few extra trees and small shrubs were now present but he couldn't give a reason apart from the idea he moves in his sleep but even that sounded farfetched. After gaining his strength and gathering his thoughts together he continued to traverse through the forest with caution, the sound of small critters in the undergrowth and trickling water was something he enjoyed as he went on in silence but he froze as he heard a strange giggling behind him. He immediately turned around and saw nothing, his nerves were being worked and while he was aggravated he was also curious of this new being that was following him, maybe they were also the ones who watched them sense he came here. He slowly turned around and continued to walk towards the exit of this area but the landscape never changed, the same trees repeating in a never ending cycle which was now starting to worry him, he knew he wasn't that lost as he could still see the sky above but there was no definite way for him to tell he was walking in circles but the sun was now high in the sky meaning it was now afternoon. If he didn't find a way out soon he may end up as one of the unlucky souls that die in here by the beast who guards these woods.
"If you smell a strange lavender scent then it's your time to die, the guardian has their sights on you and by sundown you'll be nothing but a memory." the voice of marina echoed in his head and while it was worrying that she may be right, losing hope now is not needed. He continued on a direct path that looked well trodden by other animals before him, some paw prints and some shoe prints from what were known as no furs by some animals but they are humans to him. After some hours of travel the sun was now lowering in the sky and the same dim glow was now all he saw as he tried to give a final attempt through the woods but now his curiosity got the better of him, he fell asleep in what looked to be a den hollow so maybe whatever was embracing him would return…maybe they kept him safe while he was sleep but that doesn't sound right. He looked around for a while and found a different den to nest in and while it was not as comfortable inside he could not complain since sleeping in the open is not too smart of a choice. Going inside and laying down in the hardened ground, he tried to relax but his heart was racing, between trying to see what was near him last night and not dying from the forest guardian, he found sleep hard to do. His ears perked up as the same faint whispers started to buzz in his head, he looked around the hollow but nothing was here nor was there a scent to give anything away. He strained to listen to the whispers but so many voices were talking at once that trying to center one out was hard, only once stuck out but it was so faint that it was quickly drowned out by the others. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, a sudden calmness washed over him and made his body go limp as something was trailing up his spine. The thing was back but that wasn't what made his heart drop, a sickly sweet scent started to swarm the area and clot in his lungs so now breathing was getting harder. Suddenly the ground underneath him disappeared and now he was falling, his eyes opened but all he saw was black. An empty void with no one but him. "You are bold…for someone who is by themselves". The urge to open his eyes was strong, so many questions went through his mind. Where was he, who was this…being, what was their intention and why was he being referred to as a beast?
"Such a restless soul…such a pure soul at that, untainted and ripe for my pleasure". He jolted when what felt like burning claws ranked through his fur and dug into his skin, he gave a low whimper when the pain died down and was replaced but the same odd stroking feeling. He opened his maw to talk but no sound came out, along with the fact he could not move meant this being was holding him at bay. "I would not struggle to be honest, in the dream realm I can do as I please. And it's not like you can do much anyways". He felt odd, being at someone else's mercy was not what he liked, the feeling of being powerless and useless to protect himself was a feeling he despised. He ignored the taunting voice and started to squirm, wiggling to try and free what was holding him. It wasn't until the other let out a yelp and he felt a weight lift from his body that he stood up, he stood alert before tilting his head confused when the other was now giggling and wheezing. Finding his little stance amusing.
"Oh your a silly one aren't cha? Well silly wolf I'll tell ya something, the name a Eros and you amused me. I'll be back tomorrow but don't worry! I'll be watching~"
