Foliose was a beloved pup, adored for his admirable appearance of moss and lichen. He was adopted by the legendary elder Shiloh, the Lunar envoy, who discovered his remarkable gifts. Foliose's hunting skills quickly became exceptional when he realized the powerful camouflage he possessed. When he was of age, Phillipa immediately placed him in a high-ranking hunting party, in hopes he would be a key to success. Due to his extraordinary abilities to hide about the forest, he was set in training as an emissary when he completed his stalking training. When Shiloh passed, Scàth took up the place as mentor for the lovely young male. Foliose portrays impeccable show of politeness, and is often best at diffusing tension. He is often found beside his mate Gwyneth, helping to attend to the competitive games of the young wolves. While his mate was coaching and training the adolescents, he was often bringing back souvenirs from his emissary trips to give out to all of them. Foliose enjoyed helping to paint the sacred cave paintings alongside Cheiftan Phillipa.
