Amitzur

"We will be known forever by the tracks we leave."

Like many wolves in his pack, Amitzur is trying to follow in the steps of his parents. HIs mother, Shadow, was the first scout of the pack. She held the role for many, many years, going through ups and downs all along the way before her recent retirement. Ever since he was a pup, he wanted to become a scout. The young wolf dreamt of exploring different territories, seeing different places and animals, travelling for miles upon miles.

As such, he started training for the role as soon as possible while his two siblings went into the roles of hunter, although their time is spent idling as a new hunting team is needed to be put together. He spent a lot of time exploring the camp and its outskirts as a pup. As he aged, he started mentoring under Sunchaser, the head scout. Despite her own sharp personality, she was an excellent mentor to him. He learned a lot and plans to learn a lot more as he finally steps into the role of his mother.

Amitzur wanted to learn as much as he could, because it was quite likely the role of head scout would be passed down to him in a few years as Sunchaser grows older. He hopes to one day find a young capable wolf to mentor, but that won't be for quite a while.

Despite being a bit bossy at times, Amitzur is generally quiet. Still, he seems to go well with his new partnership with Sunchaser.

A deep part of him knows his mother doesn't have a lot of time left. The young male hopes to be able to spend as much time with her as possible before she begins her run among the stars. He has big pawprints to fill, especially since she has been with the pack since the beginning.

Amitzur just hopes that one day, when she is gone, she is watching him run across the fields and is proud of what her son has become.
