Pencil is your fair and square type of wolf with a generosity that can light up some wolves and frolic with happiness and this could turn into cooperation whenever she needs help with anything, though only her lover agrees with helping her, she thinks it's because he's jealous.

But with some strings of generosity, this could lead to some serious manipulation and dishonest behavior, this strategy could lead her to lie about her packmates and make everyone turn on them. If it's her lover she'll mostly forgive him.

They first met when they were welcomed by Microphone and went to a den specifically for their scouting team and where Pencil met Knife, they both weren't sure of each other yet but as the days go by they both had some one-on-one friendship time.

Once they have the scouting missions the both of them are dating each other and like to go to what they call their "Scout dates" when they're finished with scouting their assigned territories, Knife and Pencil will go and meet each other by the borders and hunt before they go back.

Unfortunately, when their leader, Microphone, has an illness, Pencil was picked to be the Herbalist and the two was heartbroken. Pencil mostly spends most of her time in the Herbalist Den but whenever Knife comes back from his Scouting missions, He comes to the Herb den and they chatter.

When Pencil is pregnant with Knife's pups, Pencil takes a break from being a herbalist and went to the nursery, and Knife resigned from being a scout and he wants to be a Pup sitter. They both would now sleep in the nursery as Knife would like to stay by Pencil's side and Pencil was grateful to have a loving husband like Knife.

They met when Pencil was assigned with Knife to form a scouting team, Pen and Microphone always felt some sort of power that was held within Pencil's heart, but not Knife, they felt like he could've been more respected with his attitude around the pack.

When Pencil and Knife started dating each other, Microphone was chill with it, on the other hand, Pen wasn't really supportive of them, Pen told Microphone that Pencil's potential is getting wasted on Knife as they would go hunting after their expeditions when scouting their designated areas, Microphone shrugged it off and told him that they were scouting the areas and the prey pile has been big enough for the whole pack.

Pen told Pencil that she has to be the herbalist and she was heartbroken that she couldn't scout with Knife anymore, same goes for Knife, the two had a heartfelt moment before being separated, and Microphone feels guilty that Pen could be this demanding. Pencil sighs and tells her that it's alright but Microphone insisted that if Pencil were to get Pregnant she would have some time off.

When Pencil was pregnant and gave birth to four pups: Cheesy, OJ, Pepper, and Tissues, Pencil was crying with joy and Knife was proud to be a father but... Microphone and Pen didn't want more pups as they could overpopulate the pack so one by one... the pups were murdered and only Cheesy survived the murder spree as he tried to howl for his life.

Knife and Pencil were mourning for their puppies and were devastated, turning Pencil and Knife into a rage and had attacked Pen and Microphone, leading Microphone to be blind when Pencil jabbed her with a sharp object and Pen almost bleed to death with Knife shredding him.

When Pen and Pencil had a fight, this resulted in Pencil dying of blood lost, Knife is devastated but tries to be a good father towards Cheesy on his own. Pencil is now looking at the skies, being proud of Knife.

Pencil and Knife are very overprotective of cheesy.

When Cheesy wanted to be Mates with Taco (I.I) and is expecting pups, Pencil and Knife accept their marriage, even though Pencil and Knife do know that Taco (I.I) is the daughter of Microphone and Pen, but they're all fine with it. Pencil is even excited to see her first grand puppies, and so is Knife.
