Sorrelleaf

3rd Herbalist of ThunderOak Pack, and Hestia's apprentice. She was chosen by Half-moon at the moment of her birth. Sorrelleaf accepted her destiny with dignity and grace, and she worked hard to be a Herbalist that her pack could be proud of. She had a very strong connection with the Star Wolves, and she also had a great memory for herbs and was very empathetic. She fell in love with Toboe and together they had a few litters together. She wasn't pleased that he had pups with other she-wolves, but she accepted it. All her life she had worked to heal and teach those around her, but she hadn't taken an apprentice until much later in life, but it was not for lack of trying. But she also believed that it was a task not meant to be made half-heartedly. Being a Herbalist was a very important role within the pack and it was not a choice to be made lightly. She had taken on two apprentices but neither chose to remain as such, feeling drawn to the life of loners. And after the second apprentice, Sorrelleaf became much pickier about training someone to one day take over for her. That is until she was almost ready to give birth to her last litter, one night she fell asleep in her den beside her mate, and she received a vision from the Star Wolves. Hestia, her former mentor, had come to deliver a message. One of the pups within her would carry on in her place. Well, she gave birth to two pups, and at first, she wasn't sure which one would be the next Herbalist, but Sorrelleaf was certain that they would guide her paws. And guide her they did. As the pups grew, she soon realized that her daughter Leaf Dew was very interested in herbs and was extremely empathetic. Leaf Dew was a bit of a loner within the pack and was often seen jabbering away to herself. Or so it seemed. One day Sorrelleaf listened in on her pup's one-sided conversation, only to realize that the young wolf was actually talking to Half-moon!

It wasn't long after that that Leaf Dew trusted his mother and came out as Trans. His transition was widely accepted and the Pack celebrated with him.
