One of the oldest members of the Pack, Allegheny joined Dioute early on as a sickly lone mother, with her two pups, Kinzua and Tionesta. She tried to find them a new home several time, but each pack drove her away, insisting that her smell of death would bring predators. Accepting that she had failed her pups and herself, she found them a cozy bed of ferns to die in. Some elk found her and reported her to Dioute, who brought wolves to help bring her to his home at Wapiti Run.
She became healthy once more and her pups thrived within the pack and alongside Dioute's own pups. He adopted them as his own by making Kinzua and Tionesta future lead huntresses. As thanks for his hospitality and kindness towards them, Allegheny became a pupsitter to watch over the future pups of the Pack. She's now known for her strict no-nonsense attitude, but she also knows how to keep pups safe to the best of her abilities. She is close with the first couple members of the pack, including Tioga, Nittany, Maren, and Sutha.
