Briar

Died a few months after the Wildfire pack's first forest fire for unknown reasons, speculated to be because of the disappearance of her visions. She was unusually peaceful in the few days leading up to her death. (28/12/20)

Following the recent fire, Briar's visions seem to have calmed down entirely. She's more sociable now, but remains introverted and quiet a lot of the time. (27/11/20)

Briar has always had the same waking dream: a forest bathed in flame, the ashes fluttering down to rest on the winding river as the smoke dissipates, the new growth pushing up through the debris, stronger and healthier for the blaze. Easily distracted and prone to being spacey, her visions have led her to staunchly reject all superstition. No gods, no omens, no path of fate. However, meeting wolves from a pack that speak of the same visions she is plagued with felt like more than just a coincidence, and joining them just felt right. She hopes that her newborn litter will be well taken care of here - but won't let herself dream that these wolves will soothe her visions and ease her mind.
