Tempest

Born in the mountains, Tempest never fancied herself a leader of any sort. In her birth pack, she grew up with a soft and quiet spirit. She was best friends with another female named Lichen, who stood up for her always and was her strength. The two grew devoted to each other in ways that upset their current pack. Tempest was much loved, and so Lichen was banished. But so was Tempest's devotion, she followed Lichen. Lichen kept her safe while Tempest kept her hopeful.

The two traveled to the northern most point, trying to find unclaimed land. It was a harsh climate though, but through much tribulation, they made peace with the environment and found a way to live with it instead of against it. Then came the Northern Spirits, who aided this new found pack, as long as they continued to respect these sacred lands.

The pack grew gradually, taking in other cast away wanderers and outcasts. Most notably was the arrival of Roamer, a charming male with a broken heart. His pack and beloved alpha had been slain, very few survivors scattered. Among them, his two daughters, Kona and Rhea, whom he had accepted as lost to him. He provided great insight and knowledge on survival and wisdom of the lunar realm and spirits.

A happy day came when two scrawny adolescents came into the glacier territory, weak, cold and hungry - and it was then Roamer recognized his daughters - they had survived! Tempest of course welcomed them humbly.

For the purpose of having an heir but wishing to maintain their bloodline, Tempest found a suitable mate outside of the pack, which produced her daughter, Fable. Lichen chose none other than Roamer, who had contributed so much to their pack, and they produced Saga. Saga and Fable are destined to one day take over the pack, and are learning the ways of their pack lands.

Tempest is a kind and just leader, respectful and proud. She does not tolerate mind games or drama, and with Lichen beside her, she will continue to reign strong and forgiving in a seemingly unforgiving landscape.
