Yellow Boy

During the lesson: Yellow Boy lost his way and panicked for a while but was able to use Freya's advice and tips to find his way again. Even the most experienced scouts can get lost sometimes, and it was nothing to be ashamed of.

During the lesson: Yellow Boy learned a camouflage technique today - rolling in mud, dirt and herbivore poop distracted Rainbow Dash enough to steal the toy from under her paws! Rainbow Dash congratulated him on his cleverness.

During the lesson: Yellow Boy leapt powerfully at Callamastia and went for the thick fur under her neck. Callamastia was faster and swatted Yellow Boy away, growling that going for the underside of the neck is only for killing, not for play.

During the lesson: Yellow Boy had some problems with drawing a line between teamwork and playtime with his littermates. Dapple was serious when they told them that bonding and working together were not the same thing.

During the lesson: Callamastia explained to Yellow Boy that with bigger prey, you can wound them in vulnerable areas so that they are easier to take down. Yellow Boy mimicked where she bit the carcass near the belly and ankles.

During the lesson: Yellow Boy spent all day learning about resolving conflicts. There is no wolf pack that would last long with its members snarling and growling all the time.
