This is…unusual. You thought this creature wasn't real—but in a world like this, here he was. The Crying Spirit, standing in front of you. Through all the stories you have heard of this celestial being, the most consistent trait was that he always cried. Those tears were not like actual tears, no, the spirit was said to be incapable of actually crying. The liquid that dribbled from his eyes is a glowing blue color, and doesn't appear to harm the native life it lands on. "What's wrong, traveler?" His voice weaves around you like a chilling breeze, "Never seen The Crying Spirit before? Amongst these canines, celestials like me are shockingly common to see joining their ranks." He tilted his head, ghostly eyes tracking your every movement, "Perhaps it is because of that strange creature who founded this pack that draws us to her creation like a moth to a flame."


Fallout is a strange one, indeed, he often will stare at you if you're unlucky enough to catch his interest. Be careful, however, when you lose it. The effects of his lost interest in someone can be mild to severe, it has yet to be properly documented of the happenings. Nobody wants to catch his interest, and those who do, don't want to lose it. The Crying Spirit is not very approachable, he is unfriendly and makes it clear to stay away if trouble isn't being sought out. If Fallout desires anything, he will come to you before he ever allows it to be the other way around.
