Heron

As the first and best herbalist of the pack, Heron leaves a great legacy behind him. His apprentice, Cattail, shows great promise in the pack. Toward the end of his short life, he pup sat. The only pup he managed to take care of was Dragonfly and he looks down at him like his own son, following him and guiding him.
Heron's life was cut short because of a back injury he got when he was a pup, eventually resulting in a loss of feeling in his legs. After his legs went, his mind did shortly after. He was never the same, crazed about finding a cure. Eventually, Bones had to demote him for his safety and for the pack's stability, naming Cattail the new Herb Finder.
